Overview
The responsibility of the Design Review Committee (DRC) is to review and decide appeals to staff decisions regarding architectural designs. The DRC seeks to ensure consistency with the Commercial and Multi-Family Design Ordinance. Projects subject to architectural review are exterior building designs of new commercial and multi-family construction as well as major improvements or additions.
