Codes Enforcement
Code EnforcementWorking For a Better Community!
On behalf of the City of Collegedale Code Enforcement Division (located in the Building Department), we would like to welcome you to the Code Enforcement Division webpage.

Preserving Social & Economic Health
This Code Enforcement was established to preserve and improve the physical, social and economic health of Collegedale's neighborhoods. Our neighborhoods are the environment in which we live and raise our families. Nuisances can devalue, detract and degrade the quality of any neighborhood.

Recognizing the importance of protecting the home environment, the city has adopted codes that govern the use and maintenance of property. Property code violations, if left unresolved, can deplete the value of your real estate assets.

Help Keep Collegedale Beautiful
We ask your help in keeping Collegedale a beautiful and enjoyable place to live and work. The information offered on these pages are offered in an effort to enhance the understanding and cooperation between the Code Enforcement Division and the residents, businesses and visitors of Collegedale.

Maintaining the Quality of Our Community
It is our job to help maintain the quality of our community. We do this through a fair and unbiased enforcement program which corrects violations of Collegedale's Municipal Code that has been voted on and adopted by the City of Collegedale Commission.

A Commitment to Outstanding Public Service
We provide sensitive, courteous, and outstanding public service. We are committed to proudly serving our community in a safe, professional, and effective manner. Our services are dedicated to enriching the lives of our citizens by protecting the health and welfare of residents through fair and impartial enforcement of the Collegedale Municipal Code .
